Scrum Overview

I am working with a dispersed team in a software development scenario, and am acting in the role of educator on the Scrum practice. So here is a list of resources that are my initial "required reading" for working on a Scrum project.

  1. Scrum at Wikipedia - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scrum_%28development%29
  2. ScrumAlliance - http://www.scrumalliance.org/view/scrum_framework - read about the 3 roles, 3 ceremonies, and 3 artifacts.
  3. Ken Schwaber's site and overview of Scrum (Ken "invented" Scrum) - http://www.controlchaos.com/ - base web site. See the "Learn more" link.

Thanks for all your efforts in reading up on what is a very effective and fun way of developing software.

Happy reading !!!!

Dave
